ServiceNow Solution Architect Position

A ServiceNow Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. With expertise across multiple ServiceNow product suites, this position leads end-to-end technical delivery, inspires customer confidence, and ensures innovative, scalable, and integrated ServiceNow architectures.

  • Craft scalable technical blueprints considering security, integrations, and future scalability.
  • Develop POCs and solution demos that showcase ServiceNow's value proposition.
  • Support proposals with effort estimates, cost models, and delivery plans.

This is both a hands-on and strategic role, requiring deep technical expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while mentoring technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Lead the technical delivery of complex ServiceNow projects from inception to go-live.
  • Oversee module configurations, customizations, and cross-platform integrations.
  • Design and deliver integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges, guiding development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a ServiceNow Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale projects. Strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow product suites is essential, along with certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist credentials in at least two modules.
