  • As a Sales Partnerships Associate, you will drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.
  • You will work closely with leadership to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
Partnership Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
  • Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
  • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
GTM & Revenue Strategy
  • Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance Kaam.com's offerings.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Kaam.com's recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
