- As a Sales Partnerships Associate, you will drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.
- You will work closely with leadership to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
- Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
- Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance Kaam.com's offerings.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with Kaam.com's recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
