Job Overview:

As a strategic HR leader, you will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, mentoring HR professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring seamless relocation experiences for employees
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Design and implement targeted recognition programs to boost employee engagement and retention
  • Embed our organizational DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events
  • Design and approve total-rewards frameworks, including salary cycles, incentives, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) communications
  • Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition (TA)
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, and TA metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute
  • At least 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or Workday
  • Strong leadership skills with effective communication, influence, and engagement abilities at all organizational levels
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
