Job Title: Educational Leader

The Pre-Primary school seeks a highly skilled and dedicated individual to serve as its Educational Leader. This key role will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational experience of young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Supervise and lead instructional programs, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes regularly to encourage diverse instructional strategies and materials aligned with research on learning and child development.
  • Community Engagement: Conduct parent-teacher meetings and one-on-one interactions to foster open communication among teachers, parents, and students.
  • Communication Processes: Promote positive relationships among teachers, parents, and students to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
  • Student Focus: Cater to students' academic, emotional, and social needs.
  • Workshops and Events: Develop and implement relevant workshops and events to support further learning and foster creativity and collaboration among students.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in any subject is preferred; however, a Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/M Ed) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in technology and language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in working with CBSE board policies and practices is desirable, with other boards also welcome.

Essential Skills:

  • Updated knowledge in teaching methodology, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review and planning, and student assessment.
