This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with potential clients and supporting the sales process through consistent follow-ups.

Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements, communicating project details effectively, and building lasting relationships that lead to conversions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving business targets.

This role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, and English, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections and queries confidently. We are looking for individuals who possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience. Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred. We value strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, as well as the ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
