Job Title: Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Credit Risk Manager to lead our Credit Management department. This is a rare opportunity for a finance professional to build a global career with our organization.

About the Role

This position involves developing and executing credit management policies to ensure sustained business growth and minimize risk exposure.

  • We need someone who can develop, execute, and review credit and collection policies to align with current business, industry, and economic requirements.
  • The ideal candidate should analyze and manage the credit management tool in line with the credit policy.
  • We also need someone to communicate the credit policy clearly to the organization through training and internal communications.
  • The role involves balancing risks and opportunities when assessing customer needs and the company's risk exposure.
  • We require someone to ensure new accounts are correctly assessed and processed efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will monitor compliance with credit policy & internal controls to meet all legislative requirements.
  • A strong leader is required to motivate the credit team to drive high performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A CA or MBA in Finance/International Business Economics.
  • Graduation degree in Commerce or Accounting preferred.
  • A strong interpersonal communication skill set and the ability to influence business decision-making.
  • Excellent relationships with cross-functional teams, external clients, and internal colleagues.
  • Advanced level knowledge in Excel and BI (Business Intelligence).
  • Internationally mobile and ready for a multinational career.
