Job Title: Oracle Financial System Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed requirement studies and lead the process
  • Prepare As-Is process documents and obtain client sign-off
  • Map requirements to Application processes
  • Develop To-Be Process mapping documents and obtain client sign-off
  • Set up Conference Room Pilot environments
  • Perform testing, unit testing, and integration testing
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals
  • Test Customizations and Reports
  • Establish User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments
  • Assist users in UAT and resolve issues
  • Deploy Production Instances
  • Support Developers for data migration
Qualifications and Technical Skills
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance modules, especially R12, and implementation of GL/AP/AR and FA, with desirable expertise in India GST and EBTAX
  • Strong Accounting Knowledge
  • Good experience in Migrations
  • Strong Business Analyst skills, including analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, and agile methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)
