About the Role

As a seasoned communications expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Ola's public image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across various stakeholders, including media, government, and internal teams.
  • Nurture strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and key opinion leaders to shape narratives and drive messaging.
  • Manage crisis communication efforts, handling policy, regulatory, judicial, and public matters with clarity and speed.
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Mentor and guide a team of communication professionals, ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Shape storytelling that reinforces Ola's vision in mobility, sustainability, and technology.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams.
  • Strong media connections and the ability to shape narratives in the public space.
  • Experience managing crisis communication, particularly in policy and regulatory environments.
  • Exposure to allied areas such as marketing, branding, and digital communication.
