Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success at their customer base, documenting adoption and success, and collaborating with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through upselling of new services and contract renewals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and smooth transitions throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify revenue opportunities through upselling of new services and contract renewals.
  • Providing voice support for new product features and providing customer feedback to DevAssure product management and engineering groups.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the customer's business as well as their technical environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience in supporting Dev/QA tools is a must.
  • Strong initiative and ownership; proactively managing tasks, seeking feedback, and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-changing environments, thriving amid frequent shifts, multitasking, and operational ambiguity.
