Customer Service Representative

Become a key member of our customer-facing team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for users on our app, providing exceptional experiences through empathetic guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and email regarding app usage, account issues, payments, and services.
  • Provide Empathetic Guidance: Provide empathetic guidance and support for users seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with other departments (Tech, Operations, Product) to address recurring issues and improve user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Communication).
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in customer service/representative roles (preferably app or tech industry).
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Empathetic, patient, customer-first mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
