  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to maximize page reach, traffic, and interactions.
  • Craft engaging captions and content that resonate with our audience.
  • Create visually appealing content using various formats such as reels, memes, carousel posts, and other creative formats.
  • Post daily content on our social handles, including links, videos, and photos.
  • Track trending content and create relevant posts.
  • Optimize posts using analytics tools to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Adhere to the planning/content calendar for social media.
  • Help ideate and create strategies for YouTube and Facebook videos.
  • Monitor competition pages to identify gaps in content strategy.
  • Manage promotional campaigns with partners.
  • Collaborate with the publishing team to create engaging content and post it on our social handles.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a reputable entertainment publisher (agency and brand professionals welcome).
  • Basic understanding of social media analysis and tools like Meta analytics and YouTube Studio.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and other image/video editing tools.
  • Ability to work in roster-based shifts.
  • Understanding of copyright requirements and issues is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Flexibility to work outside office hours in case of breaking news or events.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams like content, publishers, and video editors.
