Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandise Manager to lead our end-to-end merchandising process. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills, knowledge of costing, and the ability to deliver products that meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design teams for seasonal collections based on customer requirements.
  • Develop samples, negotiate prices, and confirm orders with buyers.
  • Procure materials within specified timelines while improving budgets and costs.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, work independently, and adapt to changing environments and challenges.
  • Handle small and high-value businesses effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Possess technical knowledge of woven garment manufacturing, including shirts, jackets, bottoms, etc.
  • Demonstrate leadership and management skills.
  • Show a high level of ownership and commitment to job responsibilities for result-driven achievements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or equivalent.
  • 1-8 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a woven garment factory (buyer handling experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, costing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
