Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a WLAN Wireless and RF Network Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our WLAN wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This is a highly technical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain large-scale WLAN wireless networks, including planning, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure network performance, availability, and security by implementing best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network issues, using advanced tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support the team and organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in WLAN wireless network management, preferably in a large enterprise or service provider environment.
  • Strong understanding of wireless networking fundamentals, including protocols, technologies, and standards.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco WLC series, DNAC, CAPWAP, and Mobility Express solutions.
  • Experience with 9800 wireless controllers, Access Point, and Controller configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience.
