Job Title: Cash Flow Manager
">This role oversees the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely debt collection from customers. You will work closely with the Accounting Department and collection agents to develop effective strategies for collecting outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and determine actions to take.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve issues or disputes with customers.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare reports on collection status.
- Implement credit policies to minimize late payments or non-payment risk.
- Collaborate with legal counsel or external agencies as needed.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection practices.
Qualifications & Skillset:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with data assessment and trend development skills.
- Familiarity with collection software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
