Financial Management Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Guarantee compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and TP audit, etc.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Cash Flow and Treasury Management:

  • Manage Bank Payments and Receipts effectively through appropriate planning.
  • Manage the organization's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.

Process Improvement and Automation:

  • Drive enhancements in financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular training to enhance team capabilities and alignment with organizational goals.
