System Engineer - Cyber Security

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team. This role involves covering various aspects of our M365 ecosystem, including administration, security, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Intune endpoint protection, CASB, Microsoft Defender Suite, and DLP. They will play a critical role in protecting sensitive data, ensuring compliance, and implementing best-in-class cloud security practices.

  • Administer and secure our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint protection, mobile device management (MDM), and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps.
  • Design and enforce DLP policies across Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Leverage Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB) for shadow IT monitoring and SaaS control.
  • Design and implement Zero Trust-based security architecture for M365 and hybrid environments.
  • Work closely with the infrastructure team to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for M365 security configurations and incidents.
  • Conduct regular security posture assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to react proactively to changing business demands.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills to contribute to written and visual documents for diverse audiences.
