Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive service delivery and security excellence.

  • Lead the development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective delivery of services in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Design, implement, and maintain frameworks for delivering high-quality services within budget and customer expectations.
  • Manage third-party vendor contracts to ensure optimal service quality and cost.

Maintain and improve maturity of deployment services across the organization, adhering to strict time and cost constraints.

  • Promote effective interfaces between local and corporate IT teams for all security activities and ensure adherence to SLAs, budget, and quality specifications.
  • Enhance operational functionality by employing innovative approaches to security incident detection.
  • Capture and coordinate handling of complex and high-severity security incidents.

Deliver timely and accurate reporting on security detections to senior management and corporate functions.

Maintain high maturity and quality levels of each sub-service under Detect and Response.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire service and each sub-service.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in information management, computer systems, or business engineering.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GCIH.
  • Minimum 15 years in IT, with 10 years in security and SIEM management.
