Job Title: Corporate Communications

This role involves managing a team and developing effective communication strategies to support business goals. It requires excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in communications or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in strategic or corporate communications with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop clear communication plans and processes to support the implementation of strategic communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication strategies with business initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Contribute to organizational change management efforts and support internal communication strategies.
  • Develop collaterals, corporate presentations, and videos based on organizational requirements.
  • Produce engaging content including scripts, speeches, talking points, and executive messages.
  • Lead the production of impactful video content from planning through post-production for internal and external distribution.
  • Identify and create thought leadership opportunities for senior leadership.
  • Develop content and campaigns that position leadership as influential voices within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all communication deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in communications with sciences at graduation or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic or corporate communications, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to build and execute communication strategies that support corporate goals.
  • Experience in executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
