Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT asset management specialist to drive the lifecycle and configuration management of our global operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, process optimization, CMDB governance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and performance improvement.

This role involves configuring robust identification and reconciliation rules to maintain reliable CMDB data integrity, monitoring CMDB health, and resolving data conflicts between authoritative sources.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will define and maintain standard Configuration Items (CIs), CI relationships, and classification schemas in line with business needs.

They will also develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks for IT asset and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT asset management engagements
  • Configure identification and reconciliation rules
  • Monitor CMDB health and resolve data conflicts
  • Define and maintain Configuration Items (CIs)
  • Develop process documentation and policies

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT asset management
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM and CMDB modules
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence in IT asset and configuration management
  • Deep understanding of CMDB architecture and CI types
  • Experience handling large-scale data integration and reconciliation tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Service Mapping and MID Server configuration
  • Ability to write custom scripts within ServiceNow
  • Background in ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks
