Job Title: AI Automation Expert

We're a forward-thinking company committed to integrating AI to drive operational efficiency and innovation across all departments.

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist who will help shape and execute our automation strategy, starting with Microsoft Co-Pilot and expanding into broader AI-driven capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
  • Stay current on the latest AI advancements and recommend relevant innovations for future phases of AI adoption.

About Us:

The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.

Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation is also required.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Affinity with AI Development Tools: Knowledge of AI development tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot is essential.
  • Expertise in Business Process Automation: Proficiency in designing and deploying AI agents tailored to departmental needs.
