
Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address inquiries, provide information about products, and resolve issues promptly.
- Record detailed interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with the team to handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through product offerings and assist them in purchasing or service processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, quality of service, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems (preferred).
- A customer-centric attitude with empathy and issue resolution capabilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is beneficial but not required.
