We're seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our Contractor Engagement team, providing effective support for Regulatory Risk Due Diligence.

Job Description:

  • You will work closely with the Contractor Engagement team to maintain an effective control framework and ensure compliance with all relevant external laws, internal procedures, policies, and good market practices.
  • Perform employment and tax status assessments, identifying and rectifying non-compliance in accordance with Agency Workers Regulations.
  • Stay informed of important regulatory changes, ensuring proactive communication with business and developing appropriate policies and frameworks to address changes.
  • Collate, process, and reformat data and documentation relating to Commercial Compliance and Risk.
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES' high commercial compliance standards.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years PQE or similar experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Excel (especially conditional formatting and data validation features), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Conversant with database systems (e.g. SharePoint, Navision or similar).
  • Previous compliance and risk administration experience.

Salary: £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
