Job Description

The Evaluation Specialist will report to the Chief of Unit of the Internal Oversight Unit at Talent Tribe Global Secretariat.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out evaluations of organisational processes and procedures through data collection and analysis.
  • Researching, analysing, and presenting data gathered from diverse sources.
  • Contributing to the development of evaluation design and drafting of evaluation inception papers and terms of reference.
  • Participating in field missions and drafting mission summaries.
  • Drafting of draft and final evaluation reports.
  • Providing substantive backstopping to the Chief of Unit in presenting evaluation briefings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An advanced level university degree (Masters' degree or equivalent) in international development, international relations, Social sciences, Business or Public Administration, Management, legal affairs or related fields.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the national, regional or international level.
  • Experience in gathering and analysing data to understand the impact of a project or program.
  • Facilitated knowledge sharing, and insights to improve organisational practices.
  • A good understanding of information management system(s) including dashboard(s) to track, evaluate and report progress.
Benefits and Salary Information

This role comes with a competitive salary estimated at $80,000 per year.

Satisfactory skills in ERP, Outlook, and MS Office products, and experience in managing this role are required.

Language and IT Skills

English is the official language of Talent Tribe Global. Excellent command of both written and spoken English is required.
