We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our dynamic healthcare revenue cycle team. As an AR Caller, you will play a crucial role in making calls to US healthcare insurance companies, resolving outstanding claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to insurance companies (US Healthcare process) to follow up on pending claims.
- Reviewing denied / underpaid claims and taking appropriate action for resolution.
- Understanding insurance guidelines, medical billing, and AR workflows.
- Documenting all interactions accurately in the system.
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
- Working collaboratively with the billing team to achieve revenue cycle goals.
- Any Graduate (Life Science / Non-Life Science / Commerce).
- 0–3 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing / RCM (freshers with good communication can apply).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of US healthcare process, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance policies is an advantage.
- Will to work in night shifts (US shifts).
