Quantitative Trader - Algorithmic Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled systematic trader to develop, implement and manage quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

  • Design and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies.
  • Conduct thorough back-testing and statistical analysis of trading models.
  • Monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics.
  • Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • A deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management.
  • Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks preferred.
