Job Title: AI Technical Strategy Lead

The AI Technical Strategy Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Artificial Intelligence endeavors, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic leadership and technical guidance to the AI team, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Leverages expertise to lead and mentor data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers in achieving project milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML architectures that drive business value.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and aligned goals.
  • Guides the AI/ML team in developing optimal models tailored to specific use cases, driving business outcomes.
  • Ensures day-to-day operations are efficiently managed, adhering to established processes, scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Assumes an engagement coordinator role between the India team and US counterparts, facilitating smooth collaboration.
  • Identifies and addresses risks and concerns, working closely with stakeholders to establish mitigation plans.
  • Monitors delivery statuses and project progress, taking ownership of all deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience in AI/ML projects.
  • Strong understanding of US Health insurance, preferably with 3+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or public cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
