Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior solution professional to lead full-cycle implementations of our incentive solutions. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive high-impact compensation strategies.

  • Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements.
  • Configure our solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-deployment support.
  • Guide and mentor junior professionals and contribute to internal training.
Required Skills and Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience with our incentive solutions.

  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
