Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain resilient systems using engineering principles to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop automation tools and processes to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce manual intervention.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Optimize system performance, capacity, and resource utilization to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (based on industry standards and location). Note: The salary estimate may vary based on individual qualifications and company policies.
