Job Title: Immigration Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous immigration consultant to guide clients through the complexities of immigration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws and regulations.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant services.
  • Supervise the completion of documentation and ensure timely submission.
  • Verify the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
  • Ensure that pets undergo medical checkups and make appropriate arrangements for safe transportation.
  • Help clients find suitable shipping solutions.
  • Prepare and provide invoices for services rendered.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Degree in law, international relations, or similar field preferred.
  • Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to multiple countries.
  • Advanced knowledge of animal relocation procedures.
  • Excellent research, fact-checking, and writing abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support anxious clients.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines and a solution-oriented approach to duties.
