Job Opening: Immigration Consultant


We are seeking an experienced immigration consultant to join our team. As an immigration consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire immigration process. Your role will involve furnishing clients with relevant information and resources, overseeing the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals, as required.

To ensure success in this position, you must exhibit diligence, particularly when completing and submitting paperwork. You should also be able to alert clients of foreseeable delays that cannot be avoided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping up-to-date with changes to immigration laws

• Meeting with prospective and existing clients to determine their needs

• Providing clients with all necessary documentation

• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and ensuring timely submission

• Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents

• Ensuring that pets undergo medical checkups and making arrangements for safe transportation

• Helping clients find suitable shipping solutions

• Preparing and providing invoices for services rendered

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Degree in law, international relations, or a related field (preferable)

• Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to multiple countries

• Advanced knowledge of animal relocation procedures

• Excellent research, fact-checking, and writing skills

• Outstanding verbal communication skills

• Ability to support anxious clients

• Strict adherence to deadlines

• Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties
