Overseas Articleship Opportunity

We are offering an exciting opportunity for articles to work with our global network of companies in various functions including Audit, Accounts, Tax, MIS and Compliance.

As part of this role, you will be involved in audits, preparing documentation, testing transactions and drafting financial statements and schedules. You will also support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation, and stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit, Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Research & Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management.
