Operations Product Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Product Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects.

Job Summary:

The Operations Product Executive will be responsible for ensuring all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule. This includes supporting the execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

In this role, you will organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. You will also maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.

You will conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
  • Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.

Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency with project and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.).
