Role Summary

As a Senior Experience Technologist, you will be working as part of an agile team with other passionate, driven, and talented people, creating innovative solutions for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include developing interactive web-based applications using industry best practices to deliver high value and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical end-to-end design for stories by collaborating with business analysts, technical architects, and clients
  • Implementing stories end-to-end, which includes frontend development, backend integration, caching, and service orchestration
  • Automating testing at unit, module, and integration levels using tools like Jest and Enzyme
  • Focus on quality by implementing logging, code review, and meeting KPIs using code quality tools
  • Mentoring junior engineers in code review and technical decision-making
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:


• 4 to 6 years of experience on frontend technologies


• Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript


• Good understanding of creational and structural design patterns in JavaScript


• Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and universal rendering capabilities


• Understanding of one-way data flow and the Flux architecture


• Core understanding of how React's state management works out of the box


• Thorough understanding of Webpack bundler


• Good understanding of the Web Components standard


• Hands-on experience with building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)


• Hands-on experience with Frontend Performance Optimization


• Hands-on experience with test-driven development using Jest or equivalent


• Experience using fluid grids and responsive/adaptive websites using Bootstrap


• Understanding of SEO and accessibility
