Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Solutions Architect to lead the development of innovative web applications. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide web solutions using Agile methodologies
  • Lead and mentor engineers, testers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Supervise sprint progress, goals, and ensure optimal achievement of Sprint Goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical strategies
  • Actively participate in providing technical mentorship during feature planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 6+ years of professional IT development experience with Java & J2EE
  • Strong working knowledge of OO JavaScript, Ajax, JS libraries, Bootstrap, Angular or React, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, and browser compatibility issues
  • Experience with frameworks like spring, hibernate, jpa and databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL
  • Proven experience in cloud-based applications using AWS
  • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
