  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client's requirements and work closely with their CRM and Projects teams to ensure resident possession.
  • Verify that all necessary utilities are provided during the fit-out process.
  • Evaluate drawing submissions and approvals for fit-out work before commencement, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of as-built drawings and approved drawings for fit-out projects.
  • Ensure that all instructions and guidelines are followed during fit-out activities.
  • Secure necessary permits (high work, hot work permit) prior to work commencement.
  • Coordinate site security arrangements for fit-out execution.
  • Liaise with residents to address their day-to-day needs.
  • Effectively manage ongoing work and implement quality control measures.
  • Guarantee adherence to site safety standards.
  • Advise contractors on minor issues related to apartment execution.
  • Verify that residents meet design specifications outlined in the fit-out manual.
  • Offer maximum support to residents regarding any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a fit-out tracking report.
  • Collaborate with clients or project managers regarding layout changes at the site.
  • Present data related to fit-out projects to stakeholders as required.
