Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our OTM/TMS implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

Your primary focus will be on developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for OTM/TMS projects. You will also perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to validate end-to-end logistics processes.

In addition, you will identify and document defects, work with technical and functional teams to resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, as well as 3–5 years of QA/testing experience in ERP/TMS/OTM systems.

You should have strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and defect management systems, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Automation testing exposure (Selenium, JMeter, or similar) and experience in Agile/Scrum testing are nice to have, but not required.
