Job Summary:
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing back-office operations related to US Mortgage domain. This role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in knowledge transfer sessions
- Operational activities must align with procedural requirements (e.g., document review, indexing)
- Achieve/exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity and quality
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- Arts and Science graduates
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Will to work in the US time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM)
