Revenue Growth Strategist

A successful Revenue Growth Strategist will oversee the revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to maximize room sales and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with diverse partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement successful commercial strategies for our partners
  • Collaborate with the founder to replicate the company culture in all actions undertaken on behalf of the partners
  • Adjust strategies according to market trends to achieve maximum room sales and revenue
  • Assist the founder in creating departmental revenue budgets and forecasts
  • Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on market trends
  • Organize weekly revenue meetings with the founder for all partners, ensuring the execution of sales strategies and supervision of sales and marketing actions
  • Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for price and strategy adjustments to the Commercial teams
