Job Description:

As a key business finance professional, you will serve as an interface between the finance function and the supply/marketing/business and operations teams to drive business growth and optimize costs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide real-time analysis and influence strategic decision-making based on financial performance and planning. You will have a deep understanding of our business and consumers, categories, and other functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and markets.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage day-to-day P&L operations by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and publish business scorecards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong educational background (CA/MBA/B.Tech), excellent analytical skills, and experience in business finance or related field. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and good business acumen are essential.
