Process Improvement Specialist

This position involves participating in various business operations to ensure the success of meeting business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
- Determine areas of strength or business opportunity within defined scope of work.
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with leaders and executive management to develop strategic approaches.
- Provide work direction to less experienced staff.
- Perform control pursuant to published procedures and follow up on any fails in the relevant process.
- Prepare routine reporting on control performance.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
- Control, reporting, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
