Job Title: Senior External Communications Coordinator

This is a dynamic and innovative role that requires exceptional skills in strategic social media management, performance measurement reporting, community engagement content creation, and social listening analysis.

  • Strategic Social Media Management:
    • Develop comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
    • Create and manage organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
    • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, targeting strategies, and budget management.
  • Performance Measurement Reporting:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
    • Generate regular reports on social media performance, including data analysis and insights.
    • Utilize website analytics, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking to assess campaign impact.
  • Community Engagement Content Creation:
    • Foster meaningful conversations with online communities and build brand loyalty.
    • Collaborate with external communications and brand teams to develop compelling social media content.
    • Monitor social media for relevant conversations and industry trends, and proactively share insights with internal teams.
  • Social Listening Analysis:
    • Use social listening tools to monitor conversations, identify key influencers, and analyze audience sentiment.
    • Analyze social media data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on social listening data to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.

About You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments:

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience in social media analysis, social listening, and strategic social media management within a B2B environment.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • You have demonstrated expertise in utilizing social listening tools to extract actionable insights.
  • You possess a strong understanding of social media analytics platforms and data visualization techniques.
  • You are proficient in website analytics, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking.
  • You can develop and execute successful social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
  • You have experience with ad copywriting, targeting strategies, campaign management, and budget optimization.
  • You are proficient in social media scheduling platforms and project management tools.
  • You can manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • You have experience developing A/B testing structures and providing performance-based deliverables.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • You possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are culturally aware and experienced working in a global organization.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and optimal time management.
