Job Title: Branding and Communications Leader

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to drive branding, internal communications, and external presence for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand identity and guidelines across all materials and channels
  • Develop strategic branding presentations for leadership, customers, and events
  • Create engaging internal wall graphics, murals, wayfinding, and culture-focused visuals
  • Lead team-building branding initiatives (campaigns, events, merchandise)
  • Produce high-quality internal newsletters, announcements, and intranet features
  • Manage LinkedIn and other social content (posts, visuals, videos, campaigns)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, HR, Engineering, and Manufacturing
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor partners (agencies, printers, photographers)
  • Monitor engagement and brand health; report to senior leadership
  • Ensure security, export control, and compliance in all business activities

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in branding and corporate communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; additional languages an asset
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Brand Management
