The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Backend Developer and Technical Lead with 6-8 years of experience in software development. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional leadership qualities.

We are seeking an individual who can design and develop scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability. The successful candidate will collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create end-to-end solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

A key responsibility of this role is to write well-structured, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Additionally, the individual will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the quality of the codebase.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. The candidate will also lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that align with the company's long-term goals.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software projects with complex, scalable architectures.
  • Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Node.js.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
