As a trusted advisor to the CEO, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Execution & Ownership: Lead end-to-end initiative ownership, from planning and market analysis to implementation and performance measurement, with a focus on maximizing revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
- Strategic thinking & execution: Drive innovative solutions to achieve sales velocity, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.
- Operational Alignment: Ensure seamless integration of strategic initiatives into existing workflows by working closely with internal teams.
- Cross-Departmental Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to create comprehensive, actionable strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
- Prioritization and Focus: Prioritize critical projects that drive long-term growth and align daily tasks and resources towards achieving these high-impact goals.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Founder's Office Project Management: Directly manage critical projects, ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Decision-Making Support: Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team, facilitating high-stakes decision-making with precision and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Facilitate seamless coordination between business & support functions to execute strategic initiatives and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Thought Partnership & Decision Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing clarity and direction in ambiguous business situations through data-driven insights.
- Leadership & Team Development: Support the CEO and leadership team in enhancing their leadership effectiveness, including coaching, facilitating discussions, and encouraging high-performance cultures.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, with preference for degrees in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, negotiation and relationship management skills.
