**Job Description**

We are looking for a talented Head of Inbound Lead Generation to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads through digital marketing channels. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, manage and execute various marketing campaigns, and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with expertise in inbound lead generation, marketing automation, and team management. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and execute various marketing campaigns, including content marketing, SEO/ SEM, performance marketing, and webinars.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in inbound lead generation, marketing automation, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Estimated Salary: ₹22 LPA (up to ₹22 lakh per annum)

**Location:** Bangalore / Remote.
