Job Title: Community Engagement Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive leader to spearhead our community engagement initiatives, increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline marketing efforts such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive annual community engagement plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Event Management & Execution

  • Plan, promote, and execute events such as:
  • Open Houses and School Orientations
  • RWA Activations and Community Outreach Programs
  • Interschool Competitions, Workshops, and Fairs
  • Kiosks, roadshows, and external education events
  • Cross-coordinate internal teams and event stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with:
  • Admissions Team – to convert footfall into inquiries and conversions.
  • Creative/Content Teams – to produce effective offline marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing Team – to align offline efforts with online campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as:
  • Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in community engagement, preferably in education, events, or community outreach.
  • Proven track record of developing measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.

  • Local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.
  • Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
