We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager - Lifestyle Apparel Design to join our team at Royal Enfield. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing lifestyle apparel products that meet the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal collections of menswear and womenswear lifestyle apparel, including knitwear and woven items such as T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, shirts, jackets, and denims.
  • Work closely with the design lead to create concepts, range plans, and looks based on product briefs.
  • Create detailed tech-packs for apparel using Adobe Illustrator and PLM software.
  • Manage and guide a team of assistant designers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to develop innovative designs.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop samples and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion design, knitwear design, or textile design from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in lifestyle apparel design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, dyeing, printing, and surface techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
