We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Executive Assistant to join our team at DIYA GREENCITY PRIVATE LIMITED. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual with a background in Real Estate (Group Housing) or Legal Firms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring seamless office operations.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Assist in maintaining records and documents, handling communication on behalf of executives, and ensuring smooth office functions.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Prior exposure to Real Estate (Group Housing) or Legal Firm environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a proactive and independent work approach.
