Main Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and engage with top talent, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough resume reviews, shortlist candidates, and facilitate seamless interview processes.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth hiring decisions are made.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience and increasing visibility in the job market.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Prior experience in hiring sales professionals is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
