Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our recruitment and hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent, building strong relationships with management and executive staff, and navigating complex HR landscapes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with management to determine key qualities required from potential new hires
- Developing compelling job descriptions that highlight essential job responsibilities and required skills
- Overseeing the hiring process, including resume screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Partnering with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
The successful candidate will hold an MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations or BBA with at least 5 years of experience. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
